Shipping Policy

All products are produced and shipped by Gelato. As your items are printed on demand, the following delivery times apply:

Production: 1–3 business days
Delivery within Austria: 2–4 business days after production
Delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days after production
Delivery worldwide: 5–14 business days after production

Delivery is handled by Gelato's local shipping partners (e.g., DHL, DPD, PostNL). You will receive an email with tracking information after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

As these are custom-made products, production begins immediately upon receipt of your order.
